We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kobo Clara BW purchase. If you are not happy with your eReader, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the Kobo Clara BW in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories such as the USB-C charging cable and manual are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned device, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
